Flat bread with greens2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of  flour
  • 2 Tbsp. of butter
  • 0,5 cups of water
  • 0,5 cups  of olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 700 g greens to taste (cilantro, dill, parsley, spinach, etc.), finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil


Preparation:

Stir the water with olive oil in a bowl, add flour and knead dough. Cover with foil and leave for 30 minutes.

Fry onions in hot butter until golden brown, add the greens. Egg season with salt and pepper to taste, pour in a pan with herbs, stir quickly and remove from heat.

Divided the dough  into 8 parts and roll thin pancakes. Spread out greens into 4  flat breads, cover with remaining ones and stung edge. Fry in vegetable oil for 2 minutes for each side.
