Ingredients:
Preparation: Put the petals in a pan with the water. Add sugar. Stir till sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain karkade in a fine hole sieve to leave out karkade leaves. Cool in refrigerator until serving, or serve hot. Bon appetit!
