Alexshrimp1 Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of shrimps, medium size
  • 1 red chilli peppers,  finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 1 Tbsp. of butter
  • 1 Tbsp. of tomato paste, mixed with a 1/2 cup of water
  • olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Preparation: Heat olive oil and butter in a pan and add onion and celery. Fry until golden brown. Add red chili peppers and garlic, fry about 1 minute. Add shrimp, and fry until  orange. Stir all the time. Add the tomato paste with salt and pepper (black or red pepper optional). Fry for 3 minutes. Serve with lemon. Bon Appetit!
