Ingredients:

  • 200 g of fresh cabbage, chopped
  • 3  potatoes, cut straws
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 100 g frozen peas
  • Spices: 1 tsp. of curry, 1 tsp. of paprika, 1 / 2 tsp. of  red pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1-2 Tbsp. of vegetable oil
  • greens to taste
  • 2 l of water or broth

Preparation:

Put the potatoes and cabbage in a pan, pour 2 liters of water and cook until soft.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan, put spices in a few seconds, add onions, tomatoes and carrots.

Fry the vegetables for 10 minutes.

Put the  vegetables and peas in a saucepan.  Cook until soft to a minimum fire about 10 minutes.

Serve with herbs and  lemon juice or sour cream.
