Ingredients:

  • 250 g oyster mushrooms
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 5.6 cloves of  garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 large carrots, gtated
  • 1 large bunch of dill, chopped
  • 300 g cream
  • 2 Tbsp. of  lemon juice
  • spices – coriander, black pepper, cumin, caraway seeds
  • salt to taste
  • 2-3 Tbsp. of vegetable oil


Preparation:

Wash oyster mushrooms  and cook in salted water for 30-35 minutes. Drain.

Cut oyster mushrooms into small pieces.

Heat oilIn a deep frying pan, add spices and after few seconds  add the onions and garlic.

Onions and garlic fry until gold brown.

Then add the oyster and fry for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice.

Add carrots. Fry for 5 minutes.

Add cream.

Salt to taste. Fight for another 15 minutes.

Before 5 minutes of ending add dill.
