Preparation:

  1. Whisk together yeast, 1 glass of warm water and  2 Tbls. of  sugar. Put in a warm place and let stand until the mixture is frothy .
  2. In a separate large bowl, stir together yeast, 1 glass of kefir or yoghurt, 1 glass of vegetable oil, salt, black seeds.
  3. Add a flour little by little. Turn the dough out onto a floured work surface, and knead until the dough is firm, smooth, and elastic.Form the dough into a compact ball, and place into an oiled bowl, turning the dough in the bowl to coat with oil.
