Preparation: In a bowl, combine oil, egg, flour, sugar, coconuts, yogurt, semolina, vanilla, raisins and baking powder and stir well. Bake in a 190°C preheated oven for 35 minutes or until top is golden. Remove from oven and pour cooled syrup on top. Decorate with nuts and coconuts. Place in fridge to completely cool then cut it into shape you like and serve. To prepare the syrup: Place sugar,lemon juice, rosewater and water in a saucepan, bring to boil and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until it became thick. Bon appetit!
