Preparation: Pour the warm water in a bowl, add sugar. Sprinkle the yeast on top of the water, set a side until foamy. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the 2 tbsp sesame seeds and 2 tablespoons black cumin. Heat oil, but do not bring to a boil. Cool. Sift flour. Stir flour, salt and anise. Add cooled butter and carefully rub the flour and butter with hands until flour evenly soaked with oil. Add yeast. Then slowly pour the milk (it may take a little more or a little less than a glass). Dough should be sticky. Put the dough in a warm place for about an hour. The dough should rise about 1.5 -2 times. Prepare the filling: Mix dates, cinnamon, sesame seeds and melted butter. Roll out the dough thickness of about 0.5 cm and cut into strips (about 8 sm x 4 sm). On each strip put the filling and spread evenly. Roll each strip tube. Put cookies on baking sheet and leave for 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Bon Appetit!
