Ingredients:
Preparation: Place tomatoes and ginger in a deep bowl. Add lemon juice and soy sauce. Mix good. Leave on for 15-20 minutes. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add tomatoes. Stew for 5-7 minutes. Add 3 tbsp. of coriander, black pepper and salt. Stew for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot chilled, garnish the remaining green coriander. Bon Appetit!
