Spices for oil (for frying):
Preparation: Place garlic, ginger, mint, coriander leaves, chilli and spices in a deep bowl and grind. Add egg and mix everything well. Put the minced meat in a large bowl, add bread crumbs, onion and spices. Salt to taste. Mix well and leave in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 4-6 hours. Grease hands with butter or oil with water and shape into sausages, – you can put stuffing in the middle of the skewers. Heat the oil in a pan, add spices for frying. Leave them in oil for a few seconds. Then fry the kebabs until golden brown. Serve with a salad of fresh tomatoes,onions and sauce for barbecue.
